Insurance: Your dental plan is designated to share in your dental care costs but it will not cover the total cost of your treatment.

Ours is an insurance independant practice which allows Dr. Sebastian to diagnose and treatment plan according to our patients needs alone.

We’re happy to help you maximize your benefits. Once you have paid for your care, we will complete your cliam forms & provide any additonal documentation needed to have your claim processed efficiently. Your insurance company should send your benefit check directly to you, usually within 2-3 weeks.

Based on the benefits your employer purchased for you, we will do whatever we can to help you get the most out of your dental plan.

How long does treatment usually take to be completed?

Treatment can be from a few hours to several months, depending on the case. Aesthetic treatment with veneers can be done on the same day or may require a second visit for bonding.

Implants may take from one month to several, depending on the healing after Phase one surgery. Neuromuscular or TMJ treatment may take months or years to complete.

How long will my new smile last?

Today’s materials are stronger and more resistant to wearing and breakage as compared to your natural teeth. Your smile should last for many years as long as you keep up with regular check-ups and dental care.
