Focusing on Your Overall Health
We believe that to achieve overall health, one must also have a healthy mouth. We look at our patients' overall health, and then focus on their oral conditions and educate our patients about their individual needs and/or strengths and what advancements in modern dentistry can now do for them.
Comprehensive Examination
All patients are screened initially by Dr. Sebastian and her treatment coordinator. Blood pressure and pulse readings are taken as a service to our patients. Extensive extra and intra-oral examinations are performed to evaluate each patient's condition and make the necessary recommendations for the patient. An oral cancer exam, caries (cavity) screening, periodontal screening, smile and occlusal (bite) analyses are also done. A consultation with Dr. Sebastian will follow where treatment recommendations are discussed.
Periodontal Therapy & Maintenance
85% of the adult population have periodontal disease and most of them are unaware of their condition. We strive to correct and prevent the disease with very thorough examinations and early intervention to help our patients preserve their teeth through preservation of the foundation consisting of the bone and gums. When indicated, patients may be referred to periodontal specialists to achieve optimum health.

We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.
Implants
Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root. Implants are anchored to the jawbone or metal framework on the bone and act as a foundation for an artificial tooth or permanent bridge. In some cases, implants can be used to attach dentures.
